In the Field Marketer Europe (Lead) role, you will be the commercial engine driving marketing’s impact across our European sales environments. This is a role for a fast-thinking marketer who loathes fluff, challenges the status quo and thrives on execution. You won't just sit in strategy meetings; you will actively architect and run high-impact, localized initiatives that accelerate the middle- and bottom-of-funnel pipeline. You bridge the gap between deep business acumen and execution, partnering as a peer with local sales teams, challenging the status quo, and turning global campaigns into localized revenue drivers.If you have a strong background in industry or partner marketing, operate as an autonomous self-starter, and prefer building and executing over merely creating presentations, this role is built for you. Responsibilities: Event Management : End to end management of events (including webinars) that target the European region, in line with global campaigns, creating a localized experience that resonates with the regional market. Regional Campaign Implementation: Work with our local subject matter experts to develop and write tailored content to support your demand generation campaigns or create client stories Collaborate with the global campaign center team to localize and execute global marketing campaigns effectively within your region. Sales Enablement: Act as a strategic commercial partner to regional sales leaders, utilizing account-based marketing (ABM) to accelerate deal velocity, maximize contract value, and expand buyer personas within key accounts. Contribute towards commercial conversations that lead to strategic marketing decisions and collaborate with the market director to implement Performance Tracking and Reporting: Demonstrate strong financial and commercial acumen by directly aligning field marketing budgets and regional strategies to pipeline generation, win-rates, and regional revenue targets. Account Based Marketing: Implement and manage account-based and deal-based marketing programs to target key accounts in the region, working closely with sales to personalize approaches to these high-value potential customers. Partner Marketing: Collaborate with strategic partners in the region to co-develop and execute joint marketing activities such as webinars, case studies or content pieces to help you achieve your marketing objectives What you should bring to the role: Excellent verbal and written communication Proven experience navigating long, complex enterprise sales cycles and marketing highly technical digital transformation or consulting services to C-suite and multi-stakeholder buying committees 8+ years B2B marketing experience (including in person and online events) Results driven and resilient You work well in a team environment and autonomously You have fantastic project management skills and can work across multiple campaigns You thrive in an unstructured environment Travelling for events is exciting for you About Thoughtworks Thoughtworks is a global technology consultancy that integrates strategy, design and engineering to drive digital innovation.
