Key Responsibilities – Your Day‑to‑Day Impact

  • Athlete Assistance: Respond to inbound calls, emails, and chat messages, providing accurate information on product specifications, gift‑card balances, ScoreCard queries, order placement, order status, returns, and replacements.
  • First‑Call Resolution: Own each athlete’s issue from start to finish, employing empathy, active listening, and problem‑solving skills to achieve resolution on the first interaction whenever possible.
  • Tier‑II Support: Handle escalated calls and complex cases that require deeper investigation, collaborating with internal specialists and store partners to deliver timely solutions.
  • Research & Troubleshooting: Diagnose technical or logistical challenges, document findings, and propose actionable fixes while maintaining a clear audit trail of all interactions.
  • Back‑Office Operations: Accurately log every incident, update case statuses, and ensure that all relevant data is captured in our CRM system for future reference and analytics.
