Position Overview

arenaflex is seeking a highly motivated Remote Data Scientist to join the Research & Innovation Transformation team. In this role you will design, develop, and operationalize advanced analytics and machine learning solutions that reshape how health‑care services are delivered, how costs are managed, and how member experiences are enhanced. Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Cost & Operations Analytics team to identify high‑impact opportunities for automation and process improvement within the health‑care claims lifecycle.
• Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines using modern data engineering tools (e.g., Airflow, dbt, Spark) to ingest, cleanse, and transform structured and unstructured data from multiple sources.
