Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for handling inbound customer service calls, chats, and emails with professionalism and empathy. Your key responsibilities will include

  • Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues in a courteous and effective manner
  • Assisting passengers with flight bookings, cancellations, rescheduling, and travel policies
  • Providing accurate information about baggage policies, check-in, and airport services

  • A high school diploma or GED (college degree preferred)
  • Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or travel industries (preferred)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable navigating multiple software platforms
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
  • A quiet, distraction-free home office setup and reliable internet connection
