  • Source Document Verification: Cross-check entered data against original source documents, verifying accuracy before committing information to any system. Sort and categorize data appropriately to maintain logical, accessible file structures.
  • Data Verification & Pre-Entry Checks: Perform comprehensive verification and validation of data prior to entry, ensuring that only clean, accurate, and complete information is introduced into the database.
  • Research & Information Gathering: When records contain gaps or missing information, conduct thorough research and coordinate with relevant departments to obtain the data needed to complete and finalize entries.
  • Data Program Application: Apply approved data program techniques, procedures, and best practices to ensure consistency, security, and reliability across all information management processes.
  • Document Digitization: Convert physical paperwork into digital formats using both manual data entry techniques and optical scanning technology, maintaining the integrity of original records throughout the digitization process.
  • File Access Management: Handle all internal and external requests to access files with discretion and professionalism, maintaining detailed logs of all borrowed documents and ensuring proper return protocols are followed.
  • Filing System Development: Proactively design, refine, and maintain an efficient, scalable filing system that simplifies updating, retrieving, and archiving records — making information access fast and intuitive for authorized personnel.
