  • Reporting & Analytics Support: Assist the analytics team in generating regular performance dashboards, ad‑hoc reports, and presentation decks using Excel, PowerPoint, and other tools.
  • Administrative Coordination: Manage inbound calls, respond to email inquiries, schedule meetings, and provide general office support to recruiters and senior staff.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with recruiters, IT specialists, and compliance officers to resolve data discrepancies and streamline workflow processes.

Essential Qualifications
