As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex Library, you will serve as the first point of contact for our clients, visitors, and community members. Key Responsibilities

As an integral member of the arenaflex Library team, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Warm Welcome & Reception: Greet and welcome all clients, visitors, and community members to the arenaflex Library in a friendly, professional, and approachable manner. Create positive first impressions that set the tone for exceptional service throughout their visit.
  • Information & Guidance: Provide comprehensive information about the various services, resources, programs, and opportunities available at arenaflex Library. Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our offerings, including job listings, career development tools, educational resources, and community programs.
  • Digital Navigation Assistance: Assist clients in navigating our online platforms, portals, and digital resources. Help them access job postings, create profiles, submit applications, and utilize available digital tools effectively. Provide patient guidance for users who may be less comfortable with technology.
  • Multi-Channel Communication: Handle inquiries professionally via phone, email, in-person visits, and live chat. Respond promptly, accurately, and courteously to all client communications, ensuring a seamless and satisfying experience regardless of the contact method.
  • Technical Support: Aid clients in using library equipment, including computers, printers, scanners, and other technology resources. Troubleshoot basic technical issues, provide guidance on software applications, and escalate complex problems to technical support when necessary.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, candidates must possess the following:

  • Education: Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent. Additional education in Business, Communications, Library Science, or related fields is preferred but not required.
