  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite—especially Excel (including formulas, pivot tables, and data validation) and Outlook.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, with a proven track record of delivering error‑free work under tight deadlines.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Effective written and verbal communication abilities, enabling clear interaction with colleagues at all levels.
  • Positive, team‑oriented mindset with a willingness to take initiative and support peers.

Preferred Qualifications & Additional Skills

  • Experience with database management tools such as Access, SQL, or cloud‑based platforms (e.g., Google Sheets, Airtable).
  • Familiarity with document management systems (DMS) and electronic filing standards.
  • Knowledge of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and best practices for handling confidential information.
  • Certification in office administration, data management, or related disciplines.
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software applications and workflow automation tools.
