Position Overview – On‑Site Customer Service & Data Entry

As a Customer Support Associate at arenaflex, you will be the frontline liaison between veterinary clinics, pet owners, and our internal operations team. Your primary focus will be to ensure seamless processing of prescription orders, resolve inquiries with empathy, and maintain the highest standards of data integrity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate directly with veterinary offices to place and verify prescription orders, addressing any questions or concerns promptly.
  • Investigate and resolve customer issues, providing clear, accurate solutions and following up as needed to guarantee satisfaction.
  • Accurately enter order information into the arenaflex pharmacy system, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy while handling large volumes of data entry and order processing.
