  • Develop and maintain robust ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) workflows using AWS, SQL, and other cloud‑based technologies.
  • Create analytical tools and dashboards that translate raw data into actionable insights for operational performance and customer acquisition metrics.
  • Partner with stakeholders from data, design, product, and engineering teams to resolve data‑related technical issues and support strategic initiatives.
  • Assist executive, product, and design groups in defining data infrastructure requirements and delivering solutions that align with business goals.
  • Adapt or develop tools and technologies to meet evolving customer and internal needs.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership, contributing to a collaborative and agile work environment.

  • Proficiency in data modeling, schema design, and the creation of precise technical documentation such as blueprints and diagrams.
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment when evaluating potential solutions, weighing strengths and weaknesses, and recommending optimal approaches.
  • Capability to interpret statistical outcomes and apply them to both short‑term and long‑term problem‑solving scenarios.
  • Expertise in troubleshooting complex data issues, analyzing root causes, and implementing effective resolutions.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to flag inaccuracies or potential risks before they impact downstream processes.
  • Analytical mindset that can synthesize disparate data points to uncover hidden patterns or trends.
  • Comfort with manipulating various data formats (e.g., delimited text, fixed‑width, XML, JSON, Parquet) and integrating them into unified pipelines.
  • Experience with messaging services such as Service Bus, and familiarity with AWS cloud services for data ingestion and processing.
  • Knowledge of unit testing, code quality tools, CI/CD pipelines, security best practices, and containerization technologies.
  • Agile development experience, including participation in sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, retrospectives, and continuous improvement cycles.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or a related field; or equivalent practical experience.

Required Experience

  • Advanced professional experience in cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or comparable platforms) and DataLake architecture.
  • Demonstrated ETL expertise, ensuring data integrity from source to destination across multiple file types.
  • Hands‑on experience with messaging and integration services (e.g., Service Bus, AWS SNS/SQS).
  • Proficiency with unit testing frameworks, code quality tools, CI/CD platforms, security controls, and container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Solid background in Agile methodologies, including active participation in ceremonies and iterative delivery.
