Position Overview: Business Intelligence Data Specialist

This position requires a bachelor's degree and offers a unique blend of technical analysis, business consulting, and data management responsibilities. Key Responsibilities

• Analyze complex business data, draw meaningful conclusions, and provide summary analysis and interpretation to business leadership
• Consult with business stakeholders to identify new reporting requirements that support strategic objectives
• Optimize and standardize reporting processes at regular intervals, defining and influencing metrics definitions from a global perspective
• Design, implement, and maintain reporting solutions that support business objectives and team collaboration
• Stay current with industry trends in data analytics and business intelligence and share insights with internal business groups
• Ensure data quality and integrity through validation protocols and quality control measures
• Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using modern BI tools
• Document data processes, methodologies, and best practices for organizational knowledge sharing

Essential Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related field
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency with SQL for data extraction and manipulation
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI
  • Knowledge of programming languages (Python preferred)
  • Familiarity with database systems and data warehousing concepts
