In this remote, part-time position with arenaflex, you'll become a vital part of our Global Merchant & Network Services (GM&NS) Pricing Group – the strategic powerhouse responsible for driving revenue from our discount business, one of arenaflex's largest revenue sources. This team collaborates closely with diverse business partners to determine optimal rates that encourage merchants to accept arenaflex products while enhancing service levels and merchant satisfaction. Through customer-centric pricing principles, flexible pricing architectures, and innovative solutions, we drive revenue and profit growth that fuels our continued market leadership.

About the Role: Financial Planning and Analysis Specialist

As a Financial Planning and Analysis Specialist, you'll be the architect behind our Canadian financial forecasts, providing critical insights that shape our strategic decisions and drive business growth. Key Responsibilities

  • Create comprehensive Canadian forecasts for businesses, reducing revenue models and tracking monthly performance against established benchmarks, identifying areas for strategic adjustment and optimization.
  • Develop and maintain a detailed list of discounted business income specifically for the Canadian region, ensuring accuracy and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Drive the design and development process across multiple regional cost groups for all relevant reporting and forecasting activities, implementing best practices and innovative approaches.
  • Support external audits through thorough investigation of discovered issues, communicate effectively with local value teams managing vendor relationships to resolve discrepancies and improve processes.
  • Perform ad-hoc data analysis to measure discount rates, identify trends, and extract actionable insights that inform pricing strategies and business decisions.
