Role Overview – Business Analysis Manager (Remote)

We are seeking an experienced Business Analysis Manager to join our Finance Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Services Center of Excellence (CoE). This is a remote, full‑time position that serves as the data steward and process owner for enterprise‑wide finance and accounting initiatives. You will partner directly with senior finance leaders, guide cross‑functional teams, and drive strategic projects that shape the financial future of arenaflex.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Workstream Support: Align with senior finance leadership to prioritize and execute high‑impact workstreams that meet core business objectives.
  • Process Design & Optimization: Lead the end‑to‑end design, documentation, and continuous improvement of the new spend approval governance framework.
  • Spend Request Management: Organize, audit, and present spend requests to a finance‑leadership board, ensuring compliance with policy and strategic alignment.
  • Project Planning & Execution: Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and deliverables for initiatives that explain spend requests and decisions.
  • Data Architecture Exploration: Dive deep into internal data systems to become the subject‑matter expert on spend baselines, data quality, and reporting standards.
  • Audit Leadership: Conduct rigorous audits to validate efficiency recommendations across the organization, delivering actionable insights to senior stakeholders.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in financial analysis, reporting, or business analytics within a large, matrixed organization.

  • Background in the retail or consumer goods industry (preferably with exposure to fast‑moving consumer products) for at least 4 years.
