About the position This is a PAID CNA Training Program where the company pays your tuition and pays you while you attend CNA class. You will be hired as a Care Assistant and after successful employment for 60-90 days, you will be referred to CNA classes. Upon successful class completion, you will be offered a full-time position as a CNA. Responsibilities
- Attend paid online classroom, lab hours, and on-the-job training for the CNA course.
- Work any shift as required.
- Maintain daily attendance in the CNA program.
- Fulfill an 18-month employment commitment after completing the program.
- Provide care to residents and help them feel better.
- Interact with other healthcare providers.
- Contribute to a diverse and inclusive work environment.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years old.
- 1 - 1 1/2 years of professional caregiving experience.
- Available to work any shift.
- Daily attendance is required for the CNA course.
- Sign an 18-month employment commitment letter at orientation.
- Must be selected to participate in the CNA training program.
- Successful employment for 60-90 days as a Care Assistant before referral to CNA classes.
- Successful completion of the CNA class and state exam. Nice-to-haves
- High school degree plus additional education classes preferred.
