Remote Dental RCM
Join our growing RCM team as a Dental Billing Specialist, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our billing processes from the comfort of your home! You will be responsible for accurately processing dental claims, managing accounts, and maintaining detailed records. - Process and submit dental claims using dental systems; majority electronically but also some mail
- Review and verify patient information and insurance coverage to ensure accurate billing.
- Process requests via email from offices in the field
- Manage accounts receivable by following up on unpaid claims and coordinating with insurance companies for resolution.
- Send claims daily
- Request any additional information that is needed from the office in order to send out claims for payment
- Work with your Auditor and front office in processing claims
- Run weekly reports for unbilled insurances
- Send out all re-submittals and appeals
- Manage electronic claims reports and make any corrections that are needed in order for claims to be sent electronically
Qualifications
- 2 years experience in DENTAL billing - Proficiency in dental billing processes. Bonus if you know Oryx and Dentrix (medical billing not applicable)
Preferred qualifications
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
