Pharma & Biotech Industry Advisor (Part-Time / Contractor)

We are now expanding into healthcare and want to deeply understand the buyer perspective from someone who has lived inside pharma or biotech. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR Someone with 10+ years in buyer-side roles at a pharma or biotech company, specifically in one of these functions

• Clinical Operations or Clinical Trial Management
• Patient Affairs, Patient Engagement, or Patient Experience
• Market Research or Consumer Insights
• Medical Affairs, HEOR, or Outcomes Research
• Brand or Commercial (for HCP qualitative work) Companies you might have worked at Pfizer, Merck, Eli Lilly, Johnson & Johnson, Roche, Novartis, Bristol Myers Squibb, AstraZeneca, GSK, Sanofi, or smaller biotechs running Phase 2 or Phase 3 programs. WHAT YOU WOULD HELP US WITH
• 6 to 10 hours per month for an initial 3 months
• Honest feedback on whether Cookiy's voice AI qualitative research platform actually solves real pain points in your former role
• Insights on how qualitative research is procured at pharma or biotech (RFP process, MSA, preferred-vendor lists, budget cycles)
• 3 to 5 warm introductions to people in your network we should learn from
• Optional longer-term advisor relationship if there is mutual fit WHAT WE ARE NOT LOOKING FOR
• A salesperson or BD person who wants to sell into their old network
• Someone currently bound by a non-compete who cannot speak freely
• An academic; we need operator perspective from the inside COMPENSATION Advisor-grade equity (4-year vest) plus a modest monthly retainer. Transparent terms discussed during our first conversation.
