Job Responsibilities As a Remote Customer Service Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for

  • Understanding and executing inbound and outbound calling strategies to ensure that all calls are answered in a timely manner
  • Taking overflow inbound service calls and providing world-class service to our customers
  • Assisting customers with appointment scheduling and ensuring a seamless experience
  • Collaborating with Service Managers to ensure that customer needs are met and exceeded
  • Maintaining a working knowledge of dealership systems and technologies, including marketing campaigns and manufacturer updates
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty Key Qualifications To succeed in this role, you will need to possess
  • Proficiency in phone and computer systems, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Call Center and Appointment Setting experience, with a proven track record of success
