Role Overview

As a Customer Engineer – Fresh Graduate Support for arenaflex Drive, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance with our cloud‑based file storage and collaboration services. You will work closely with specialized outreach teams, product managers, and engineering groups to diagnose issues, provide technical guidance, and ensure a smooth, secure, and productive experience for our users. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide timely, courteous, and technically accurate support to customers using arenaflex Drive, handling inquiries via chat, email, and phone.

  • Collaborate with the AI Solutions team to leverage arenaflex AI Framework for advanced troubleshooting, predictive analysis, and automated remediation.

  • Participate in on‑call rotations and attend customer‑facing events, webinars, and workshops as needed.

Essential Qualifications
