[Remote] Inside Account Manager - Chicago

Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering solutions that support their business goals
- Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and win new business through proactive client engagement, upselling, and cross-selling initiatives
- Partner with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client requests and projects, delivering exceptional customer experience
- Manage and maintain account data, sales pipelines, and performance metrics within CRM systems, providing insights and reporting to support growth
- Work in partnership with Marketing and business units to ensure campaigns are relevant and useful to the target audience
Skills
- Bachelor's degree required or relevant equivalent experience in lieu of degree
- 1-2 years in related role, providing day-to-day support to team and customers
- Strong time management, prioritizations, and organization skills
- Ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders and customers at all levels
- Experience developing relationships by listening, understanding, and providing solutions that result in high customer satisfaction
- Must reside in Chicagoland region
- Ability to travel up to 25%
