[Remote] International Partnerships Coordinator

They are seeking an International Partnerships Coordinator to support global initiatives by providing administrative and organizational support for international partnerships, ensuring a seamless experience for partners throughout their journey.

Responsibilities

  • Serves as the first point of contact for scheduling both internal and external meetings for the supervisor, modifying calendars and communicating with impacted parties as necessary to accommodate shifting priorities
  • Serves as primary administrative and logistical support to the Manager, International Partnerships
  • Initiates requests for membership agreements between IFM and newly identified international partners and facilitates negotiations that result in effective and timely consensus
  • Works cross-collaboratively, ensuring all partners receive quality products and services as outlined in partner agreements
  • Liaises between IFM Customer Relations, SPI, and organizational partners on membership enrollment, application of member discounts, and delivery of course materials
  • Liaises between continuing medical education, SPI, and organizational partners to address needs and ensure compliance with accreditation requirements
  • Fields questions, service requests, and troubleshoots issues with the IFM website, learning management system, and/or educational resources
  • Fields questions and troubleshoots issues with continuing medical education enrollment, requirements, and certificates
  • Develops and implements partner communication plan purposes of both check-ins and problem-solving

Skills

  • Associate's degree in general studies or equivalent administrative work experience required
  • Experience providing administrative support/coordination to remote teams with multiple teams/departments interwoven into the workflow
  • Experience managing busy calendars and tracking/reporting associated work
  • Experience supporting and effectively delivering projects or processes as part of a team
  • Knowledge of contract negotiations and agreements
  • Knowledge of project management best practices and familiarity with required skills
  • Demonstrated critical thinking and analytical skills
  • Intermediate level skills in organization, communication, and relationship management
  • Ability to discern and prioritize relevance and impact of incoming collaboration requests and proposals
  • Ability to promote and maintain high levels of partner satisfaction, resulting in positive reviews and referrals
  • Ability to develop and maintain a high level of understanding around requirements, payments, and documentation for partners seeking credits through courses and special programs
  • Adaptability: Must be able to execute changes as directed and inquire for clarification/understanding as needed
  • Attention to Detail: Must be able to; identify errors/discrepancies; quality check for accuracy and partner satisfaction
  • Communication: Ability to communicate information in concise, actionable language and have the recipient understand the message whether orally or in writing including communicating with cultural competence and sensitivity to nuances of international audiences
  • Organizational Excellence: Ability to take initiative, ownership, and accountability for projects; able to react quickly with a strong sense of urgency. Understands and applies effective organizational techniques to stay focused, demonstrate efficiency in work and request appropriate resources when needed
  • Inspire: Ability to work in a way with others that creates a welcoming environment; demonstrates an ability to relate to others to achieve a desired outcome/goal, strengthening productivity
  • Accountability & Execution: Ability to follow through on assignments and tasks in a timely manner. Deliver on your commitments to partners and co-workers and you do what you say you will do
  • Teamwork: Ability to collaborate with others on processes, goals, schedules, and outcomes. Embodies the employee values to build, motivate and maintain healthy and functional teams
  • Willingness to learn MS Office Suite; Ability to adapt to and learn new technologies, hardware, and software
  • Experience in Asana and Hubspot preferred
