[Remote] Talent Attraction Specialist- High Volume Recruiting

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. American Cancer Society is working to end cancer as we know it, for everyone. The Talent Attraction Specialist supports the high-volume recruitment process, including posting, screening, and interviewing candidates for various roles across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Execute all pre-screens and high-volume interviews to make on-the-spot hiring decisions. Provide candidate feedback in offer decision. Regularly collect feedback on hiring process and recent cohorts. Create job postings, and screen applications to meet SLA’s. Provide a consistent outstanding candidate experience through all interactions
  • Collaborate with Sr. Recruiter and Recruiting Manager to identify upcoming hiring needs
  • Provide accurate data for reporting updates

Skills

  • Minimum Degree Preferred: Bachelor's Degree
  • 1-2 years' experience in a Talent Attraction or similar role supporting high-volume recruitment
  • Experience in full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
  • Proficiency with ATS systems and utilizing technology in recruitment (Workday experience is a plus)
  • Proficiency in documenting processes, keeping accurate and timely records
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Provide input to ensure that teams consist of diverse, qualified individuals
  • Ensure that staffing needs are being met with a long-term strategy in mind
  • Devise and implement sourcing strategies, such as an employer branding initiative, to build pipelines for potential applicants
  • Create and implement end-to-end hiring processes to ensure a positive experience for candidates
  • Form close relationships with hiring managers to ensure clear expectations for candidates and interviewers
