[Remote] Client Success Operations Associate

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Twin Health is a company focused on improving and preventing chronic metabolic diseases through AI Digital Twin technology. They are seeking a detail-oriented Client Success Operations Associate to support the Director of Client Growth and Success in managing large employer accounts, ensuring smooth delivery of client services and project management across various teams.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Director in coordinating cross-functional workstreams, helping ensure deliverables stay on track, owners are clear, and timelines hold
  • Maintain account plans, trackers, and project documentation; flag risks, dependencies, and slippage to the Director in a timely way
  • Track follow-through on action items from client meetings, internal syncs, and leadership reviews
  • Coordinate with Clinical, Product, Analytics, Marketing, and Implementation teams to support on-time execution against client commitments
  • Assist in preparing materials for Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews, including data pulls, slide development, and supporting narrative drafts
  • Help analyze engagement, enrollment, and outcomes data to identify trends and surface observations to the Director
  • Support the translation of data into clear, accurate, client-ready insights
  • Monitor client health indicators and escalate potential issues to the Director
  • Help coordinate internally to resolve operational issues affecting client experience
  • Document meeting minutes, client feedback, and account notes to support internal continuity
  • Support enrollment and member engagement strategies under the Director's guidance
  • Help coordinate client-facing communications, campaigns, and webinars with Marketing
  • Assist with renewal tracking, documentation, and timeline management
  • Maintain renewal readiness materials and client documentation
  • Surface potential expansion opportunities to the Director for further evaluation
  • Other duties as assigned

Skills

  • 1–3 years of experience in client success, account management, consulting, or customer-facing roles (SaaS or healthcare preferred)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into insights
  • Clear and professional communication skills
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive, collaborative, and eager to learn
  • Interest in enterprise account management and client growth strategy
  • Willingness to travel as needed
  • This remote opportunity based out of the U.S. Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time
  • Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce (SFDC) preferred
  • Familiarity with ticketing platforms such as Zendesk preferred
  • Exposure to cross functional project management tools such as JIRA preferred
