Coordinator, Media Buying
Cossette Media is a dynamic company that collaborates with iconic brands and fosters a vibrant work environment. They are seeking a Coordinator for Media Buying to execute media purchase requests, produce analyses, generate reports, and manage budgets related to media purchases.
Responsibilities
- Execute media purchase requests for tv/radio + print campaigns based on the activator's strategy and guidance
- Produce analyses (market share, TV viewership analysis, etc.) intended for the activator
- Generate media buying reports
- Monitor and optimize campaigns with partners and master industry reference tools
- Assist the specialist on data runs and research
- Manage budgets and costs related to media purchases
- Work with operations team on data input
- Resolving invoice discrepancies
- Manage and negotiate campaign changes and makegoods
Skills
- Strong communication and computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Excellent organizational skills
- Knowledge of the media ecosystem
- Team player
- Keen attention to detail
