Wires Platform Analyst

The Wires Platform Analyst supports operational platform management across the wires platform, focusing on testing delivery, platform support, and implementation of enhancements to improve efficiency and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Supporting operational platform management across the wires platform and its broader ecosystem
- Execution-focused, with a strong emphasis on testing delivery, platform support, and tactical implementation of prioritized work
- Drives execution of platform enhancements, testing, and modernization efforts that enable resiliency, efficiency, and compliance
- Partners closely with business, operations, and technology teams to support platform evolution initiatives including ongoing transformation efforts tied to industry standardization and development of a new internal wires platform replacing legacy systems
Skills
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
- Typically one or more years of related experience
- Ability to understand end-to-end wire transactions, data flows, and underlying processing logic
- Ability to develop and articulate a product vision that supports outcomes, value and prioritization of work
- Solid understanding of the Lean/Agile mindset
- Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal skills including ability to collaborate with and empower teams
- Well-developed verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient computer navigation skills
- Standard industry certifications such as SAFe Agile Product Owner is a plus
