Work From Home Sales Representative – $90K–$120K Company: Frontier Roofing and General Contracting Location: Remote Job Type: Full-Time Pay: $90,000 - $120,000 per year Who This Is For This role is for anyone who is motivated, coachable, and hungry to earn. You should be a natural people person, enjoy talking with potential customers and helping them understand the roof replacement process. Whether you're an experienced closer or someone ready to prove yourself in a new industry, you must be ready to put in the work, we'll give you the tools to succeed.

About the Role

You'll work directly with homeowners who are already expecting your call, no prospecting, no cold outreach, no door knocking. Just focused phone sales with real earning potential and an uncapped commission structure.

What You'll Do

• Connect with homeowners and guide them through a straightforward sales process
• Review proposals, explain scope of work and and walk homeowners through their options
• Follow up consistently and close the sale
• Maintain accurate records in our CRM
• Hit monthly targets and earn accordingly

What We're Looking For

• Proven ability to talk with customers and guide them through a sales process.
• Comfortable with on the phone and occasional zoom.
• Reliable internet connection and dedicated home office setup
• Self-motivated, coachable, and results-driven

Compensation & Benefits

• $40,000 to $50,000 guaranteed base salary paid bi-weekly
• Uncapped commission structure
• Expected first-year earnings: $90,000–$120,000
