Be Part Of A High-Performing Team: This opportunity supports a commercial brand marketing team within the biopharmaceutical industry during a critical launch preparation period. The team is preparing for a potential new indication launch and will be rebuilding a broad set of brand materials, messages, and campaign assets across multiple channels. The environment is collaborative, deadline-driven, and cross-functional, with close partnership across agency teams, medical/legal/regulatory reviewers, IT, media partners, and commercial stakeholders. What’s In Store For You: Engagement: W2 only (no C2C/1099) This temporary W2 engagement offers the opportunity to support launch-focused brand marketing execution in a regulated biopharmaceutical environment. The role is fully remote, with general alignment to Eastern Time business hours and some flexibility depending on location. The assignment is expected to run from July 2026 through February 2027, with the heaviest workload anticipated from August through December. How You Will Make An Impact
- Support launch preparation by helping rebuild and adapt brand marketing materials for a new campaign and indication.
- Partner with the Agency of Record to turn established strategies, messages, and creative direction into tactical resources across channels.
- Own execution of derivative marketing projects such as emails, banner ads, website drivers, print materials, and field-facing resources.
- Help move materials through the medical/legal/regulatory review process, including Veeva-based submissions and follow-up.
- Coordinate with cross-functional partners such as IT, media, agency teams, and commercial stakeholders to support implementation.
- Support HCP, patient, and potentially light payer marketing initiatives with oversight from existing brand team members.
Are you an experienced biopharmaceutical brand marketing professional ready to make an impact?
- Brand marketing experience within biopharmaceuticals, pharmaceuticals, or life sciences commercial marketing.
- Experience supporting promotional tactics for HCP and/or patient audiences.
- Familiarity with MLR/review committee processes; Veeva experience strongly preferred.
- Experience partnering with creative agencies, agencies of record, consultants, or external marketing vendors.
- Strong execution skills with the ability to manage timelines, assets, reviews, and stakeholder follow-up.
- Ability to operate in a launch-driven environment with high-volume tactical work.
- Comfortable taking direction from lead marketers while independently managing defined projects.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
