We’re looking for a Tuesday - Saturday Dispatch Coordinator who is passionate about helping people, even after regular business hours. You’ll be the voice of calm and coordination during urgent restoration situations — making a real difference when it matters most. What You’ll Do:
- Be the first point of contact for evening customer calls, providing reassurance and professional assistance
- Use our state-of-the-art internal systems to prioritize customer needs and keep operations flowing
- Dispatch our expert field teams with speed and accuracy to ensure timely response
- Communicate with customers clearly and compassionately
- Follow up on open cases via email and phone to ensure customer satisfaction

- Someone who thrives in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
- A self-starter who enjoys working independently and with purpose in the evening
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Confident communicator, both over the phone and in writing
- Strong computer literacy and attention to detail
