Job Description

We are looking for a strong Senior Product Manager to join our team and help drive the continued evolution of our product suite. You’ll be part of a group building innovative, AI-powered products that aim to transform recruiting as an industry and as a function. This role offers the opportunity to work on products used at scale by recruiting teams at thousands of companies worldwide. It requires solid product management fundamentals, strong collaboration skills, and a user-first mindset. While deep specialization in AI is not required, curiosity and exposure to modern AI capabilities - including generative AI and intelligent automation - will help you succeed as these technologies increasingly shape our roadmap. As a B2B SaaS company, product ownership also includes thinking holistically about enablement, customer communication, and go-to-market readiness. You’ll work closely with product marketing, engineering, design, and commercial teams to help visualize how recruiting workflows are evolving and how our products can lead that change. What you will do: Own your product area and take end-to-end ownership in a cross-functional environment for AI-enabled and workflow-driven product experiences Own your success metrics and support the team in delivering measurable customer outcomes Partner with your product triad to drive product discovery, balancing customer needs, business goals and technical feasibility Do what it takes to deliver products that drive stickiness and real user value, including: Engage directly with customers to gather insights, validate ideas, and inform product decisions Work closely with Product Marketing to support messaging, positioning, and launch readiness for new features Support delivery of complex initiatives by identifying dependencies (including legal, ethical and privacy implications) and coordinating with partner teams Represent your product area in cross-functional discussions and communicate progress, tradeoffs, and priorities clearly Qualifications 5+ years of experience in product management with strong foundational skills (experience in SaaS and/or B2B products is highly desirable); preferably experience with engaging, user-centric digital products Strong systems thinking, with an ability to anticipate complexity, downstream impacts and potential trade-offs The ability to create prototypes and low-fidelity mock-ups (think vibe coding tools) to demonstrate your ideas and gather feedback is highly valuable The ability to interpret user behavior and leverage data and conversion metrics to inform decisions Ability to define and measure accuracy of data products Good understanding of UX principles and modern product discovery practices Understanding of user permissions and configurable product behaviour to meet diverse enterprise needs Clear, effective communication skills, with the ability to explain product concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences A collaborative attitude and aspiration to be a thoughtful, reliable teammate Additional Information SmartRecruiters is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
