Responsibilities
Assist clients with booking flights, hotels, cruises, tours, transportation, and vacation packages. Provide travel recommendations based on client preferences, budgets, and travel goals. Research destinations, travel requirements, and available promotions. Manage reservations, itinerary changes, cancellations, and special requests. Maintain accurate client records and booking information. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and messaging platforms. Build and maintain positive client relationships through outstanding service. Stay informed about travel industry trends, supplier updates, and destination information. Meet individual performance goals and service standards.
Qualifications
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities. Customer service, sales, hospitality, or travel experience is a plus but not required. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively. Comfortable using online booking tools, email, and computer applications. Passion for travel and helping others create memorable experiences. Self-motivated with a positive attitude and professional demeanor.
