Here you are supported, here you are celebrated, here you can thrive. Your New Role... WBD Sports & Bleacher Report are seeking a talented Social Media Programmer to join our B/R Betting team. You'll be responsible for producing content on a daily basis across B/R Betting's social channels including Instagram, TikTok, X (Twitter), YouTube and the Bleacher Report App. Role Accountabilities... Identify and create (edit/package) content to program on our social/app channels with a keen awareness of B/R Betting’s voice Collaborate with team members to develop and implement original and curation content strategies Curate content from our Direct Messages on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and X (Twitter) Monitoring X, TikTok and other social aggregation tools on a daily basis. Stay up-to-date on social media trends and best practices Qualifications & Experience... A strong understanding of the B/R Betting brand Deep understanding of current and emerging social platforms Able to write clean copy and proofread Passion for pop culture, sports, sports betting and digital media Ability to work in a team environment with flexible work schedule, including nights and weekends Able to handle last-minute or quick-turnaround deadlines Being comfortable in front of the camera is a plus How We Get Things Done… This last bit is probably the most important! Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, skill set, experience, and/or performance. Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery’s total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $43,680.00 - $81,120.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros. Discovery provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and sick time and vacation.
