Own end-to-end contract management, including drafting, vendor negotiation, legal coordination, and terms review, ensuring all agreements are tracked, compliant, and protect the organization’s interests. Maintain corporate records, registrations, and filings in coordination with legal counsel. Oversee the organization’s insurance portfolio, including cyber, D&O, and general liability policies.
