Job Title: Marketing & Growth Solutions Leader Management Level: 07 – Manager Location: Bangalore/ Mumbai/ Hyderabad Must have skills: Strategic offering/product planning expertise, including market and customer insight, competitive analysis, data-driven business cases, and clear value propositions to shape vision and roadmap. Strong marketing and personalization domain knowledge and hands-on familiarity with relevant Google Cloud services (e.g., Google Marketing Platform, Google Analytics, BigQuery, Looker), including working knowledge of Gen AI concepts and enterprise use cases (e.g., Gemini, Vertex AI). Proven ability to define and execute end-to-end go-to-market strategies, including packaged offers, launch management, and development of sales and marketing assets. Ability to lead through influence in a matrixed organization: manage cross-functional stakeholders (sales, delivery, marketing, alliance), partner alliances, and communicate with executive presence. Entrepreneurial, action-oriented mindset with autonomy and comfort operating in ambiguity—balancing speed with rigor and a strong “get-it-done” orientation. Strong execution discipline to take ideas from concept to release, translating priorities into a deliverable plan with partners Experience: 12+ years of experience in product management, product marketing, or solution ownership roles within marketing (customer intelligence, advertising, personalization, acquisition). Good to have skills: Relevant Google Cloud certifications are highly desirable. Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in a technical or business-related field; Master's degree is a plus. As Marketing & Growth Solutions Leader, you will guide the strategy and evolution of a proven portfolio of productized marketing solutions that apply agentic AI, customer data platforms, and modern marketing technology together with ecosystem partners, such as Google Cloud. This is an opportunity to lead at the intersection of marketing, AI, and technology—driving rapid innovation that maximizes impact for clients. Key Responsibilities: Own the offering strategy and roadmap for Customer Intelligence & Growth solutions that drive acquisition, engagement, and revenue. Build and scale offerings by identifying priority customer problems, designing MVPs/POCs, piloting with lighthouse clients, and creating reusable assets (playbooks, accelerators, packaged demos, POVs) to reduce time-to-value. Lead market, customer, and competitive intelligence across personalization, MarTech, and marketing AI landscapes; translating insights into differentiated positioning, marketing use cases, and roadmap priorities. Serve as a marketing thought leader and evangelist through internal and external channels (e.g., client engagement, executive briefings, blogs, webinars, and industry forums). Develop the go-to-market (GTM) strategy and assets, including core messaging, value proposition, commercials, products, launch planning, and coordination with marketing, sales and alliances. Act as a domain SME in marketing and personalization to support strategic sales pursuits, including opportunity shaping, sales enablement, solution positioning, and proposal development. Track performance against defined KPIs (e.g., adoption, pipeline influence, time-to-value, win rate) and using insights to continuously improve the offering and GTM approach. Partner closely with ecosystem partners, including Google Cloud and product teams to align roadmaps, co-innovate on capabilities, and accelerate joint GTM motions.
