We are currently looking for a Sales Application Specialist Microbiology who will be responsible for customer retention, company and product acceptance. The primary function is to perform demonstrations, conduct instrument installations, solve customers’ clinical application problems, provide training for our customers, and provide technical applications support to Sales Representatives. In addition, He/She will demonstrate the ability to utilize critical thinking and analysis to make decisions, solve problems and implement solutions. He/She'll be able to communicate and to listen honesty and to create empathy with the customer, colleagues and collaborators. Key Responsibilities: Support includes pre-sales and post- sales performs demonstrations, training on instrument operation and maintenance procedures, installation assistance and field support. Work closely with regional/local team to protect, maintain and grow company business with an effective focus on the support of the installed base and communicate regularly with local, zone and management teams. Communicates the technical and clinical information, ensuring customer use the instruments with efficiency and skill in appropriate applications. Drive the continuous improvement of the activities and processes which add value to the customer and business. Monitor customer satisfaction targets and adjust priorities and/or project tasks to enhance the customer experience, identify new needs and provide related solutions not initially identified by the customer. Manage existing accounts and exceed sales growth expectations for instrument, reagents. Key Requirements: Master Degree in Biomedical or equivalent, Microbiology Master Degree is preferable. 2+ years clinical laboratory experience or equivalent Open to travel up to 85% of the time (driving license is mandatory) with overnight stay in Italy and abroad Good communication and interpersonal skills both in English and in Italian Able to work autonomously, being a team player as well You will be part of a dynamic team in which there is a high focus on delivering results and continuous improvement, but also where having fun and teamwork is very important.
