To learn more about our company, please visit our website; https://www.trulieve.com Requisition ID: 19774 Remote Work Available: Yes Job Title: Senior HRIS Analyst Business Unit: Human Resources Location: Remote Reports To: Senior HRIS Manager Position Summary: As part of the Total Rewards HR Operations team, the Senior HRIS Analyst plays a critical role in enabling the company’s People strategy through effective use of company’s HRIS system (SAP SuccessFactors). This role is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and efficiency of employee data and HR processes, while driving system optimization, automation, and data-driven insights. The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise in HRIS administration with analytical and consultative skills to translate business needs into system solutions that enhance user experience, improve data quality, and support strategic decision-making. Responsibilities: HRIS Operations & Data Integrity Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of employee data within HRIS (SuccessFactors) through audits, validations, and proactive monitoring. Own and manage data integrity across core HR, compensation, and organizational data structures. Monitor and resolve data discrepancies impacting payroll, reporting, and downstream systems. System Support & Administration Provide advanced (Tier 2/3) technical support to end users, HR teams, and managers, resolving complex system issues and errors. Administer and maintain HRIS modules, including Employee Central, Position Management, and workflows. Manage the Zendesk ticketing process, prioritizing and resolving requests efficiently while identifying recurring issues for root-cause resolution. Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner closely with Payroll, Finance, IT, Talent Acquisition, Compensation, and HR Business Partners to ensure accurate data flow and process alignment. Ensure accurate and timely integration of HR data to payroll and workforce management systems. Configuration & Process Improvement Translate business requirements into system recommendations and enhancements collaboration within the HRIS. Participate in system configuration changes, including testing (unit, UAT) and validation of functionality. Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes and eliminate manual work through automation and system optimization. Analytics & Insights Leverage tools such as Excel, SuccessFactors reporting, and other analytics platforms to interpret and present data effectively. Perform ongoing audits to confirm employee data accuracy and ensure that employee data and pay information replicates accurately to Payroll & Workforce Management. Release Management & Continuous Improvement Participate in biannual HRIS (SuccessFactors) releases, including impact analysis, regression testing, and stakeholder communication. Stay current on HRIS (SuccessFactors) capabilities and recommend enhancements aligned to organizational goals. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system functionality and data quality. HR Technology & Data Architecture Develop deep expertise in HR admin system functions, integrations, and data flows. Understand how data is created, maintained, and consumed across systems (HR, Finance, Payroll, etc.). Support integration troubleshooting and collaborate with IT on system enhancements and data governance. Stakeholder Partnership Act as a consultative partner to HR and business leaders, translating needs into scalable HRIS solutions. Build strong relationships through clear communication, reliability, and delivery of high-quality outcomes. Champion user adoption and system best practices across the organization. Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in HRIS, HR data management, analytics, or HR technology, with a focus on SAP SuccessFactors. Proven experience maintaining high data accuracy through audits, governance, and process improvements. Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex datasets into actionable insights. Experience supporting geographically dispersed or multi-location organizations. Demonstrated project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver on time. Hands-on experience with HRIS systems (SAP SuccessFactors modules strongly preferred). Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis). Experience with HR reporting tools and platforms (e.g., SuccessFactors Reporting, Smartsheet). Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk) and HR/payroll systems integrations. Understanding of HR data structures, workflows, and integrations. Salary will be commensurate with experience.
