Job Title: Sr. Analyst, SAP Contracts to Cash Job Code: 37368 Job Location: Melbourne, FL; Remote Job Schedule: 9/80; Employees work 9 out of every 14 days – totaling 80 hours worked – and have every other Friday off Job Description: The Lead Analyst for Sales and Distribution (SD) SAP oversees the implementation and operational support of SAP SD functionality. Responsibilities include: collaborating with cross-functional teams, designing and delivering innovative solutions to align with L3Harris business objectives, ensuring system stability and performance for production systems, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. Essential Functions: Collaborate with business stakeholders and managed service support personnel to design, configure, and test SAP SD solution, providing expert guidance on best practices. Document business requirements for the Sales and Distribution (SD) modules, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. Support the implementation of SD functionality for large SAP implementation projects, including system upgrades, enhancements, and new module rollouts. Develop and maintain detailed documentation, including functional specifications and process flows. Assist with prioritization of issue resolution and enhancements for SAP SD module, provide guidance to assist with troubleshooting complex issues Build strong internal & external customer relationships by aligning system solutions to our changing business requirements Stay current with new technologies especially within SAP systems to align technologies with the L3Harris business direction Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field and minimum 9 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field and a minimum of 7 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 13 years of prior related experience. Minimum of 9 years of experience in ERP system utilization and configuration, with a proven track record of successful system implementations and support. Preferred Additional Skills: Strong understanding of Sales and Distribution, project management principles, and SAP integration points with other modules (e.g., MM, FICO, PMMO). Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into effective ERP solutions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Finance Acumen: Strong understanding of finance processes, contract lifecycle, program management, and government or financial reporting requirements. In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with SAP systems (ECC and S/4 Hana) including system configuration, data management, and reporting capabilities. Strong presentation skills with the ability to present complex topics to technical and non-technical audiences Strong attention to detail Experience with development of technical solutions to complex problems and driving implementation. Experience working with SAP Preferred partner Cognitus (Billing and Contract Flowdown solution) or Dassian Government Solution Exposure to project management methodologies, including waterfall and Agile In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in California, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Washington, and the Greater D.C, Denver, or NYC areas is $99,500-$184,500. The salary range for this role in Colorado state, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York state, and Vermont is $114,000-$212,000. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
