Job Description

Responsibilities Design and develop Power Apps, Power Automate flows, and Power BI dashboards that support the AI team in capturing, tracking, and visualizing AI use cases and their associated ROI metrics across R&D. Collaborate closely with data scientists, AI engineers, and business stakeholders to translate AI initiatives into structured workflows and automated reporting pipelines within the Power Platform ecosystem. Build and maintain intake and tracking systems for AI use case submissions, evaluation criteria, and approval workflows, enabling the team to efficiently manage an active pipeline of R&D opportunities. Develop interactive Power BI reports and executive dashboards that communicate the business impact of AI projects, including cost savings, efficiency gains, and strategic value metrics. Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Azure services, and third-party APIs to extend functionality and ensure seamless data flow across enterprise systems. Support the documentation of AI use case findings, solution architectures, and ROI analyses by creating Power Platform tools that facilitate structured data capture and knowledge management. Participate in continuous improvement efforts by identifying automation opportunities within R&D processes and proactively recommending enhancements to existing Power Platform solutions. Qualification 3–5 years of hands-on experience developing solutions with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps (canvas and model-driven), Power Automate, and Power BI; PL-200 or PL-400 certification preferred. Proficiency in connecting Power Platform solutions to data sources such as SharePoint, Dataverse, SQL Server, Azure Data Lake, and REST APIs, with a solid understanding of data modeling and connector configurations. Demonstrated ability to work in a cross-functional environment alongside data, AI, and engineering teams, with strong communication skills to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders. Experience building business intelligence and reporting solutions in Power BI, including DAX, data transformation in Power Query, and the design of executive-level dashboards that convey ROI and performance insights. Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and tools — such as Azure AI Services, Copilot Studio, or AI Builder — and an understanding of how to surface AI capabilities through Power Platform interfaces. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess business processes, identify automation opportunities, and develop solutions that deliver measurable efficiency and cost improvements. Experience with Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Teams, SharePoint, Azure DevOps) and basic familiarity with Agile development methodologies, including participation in sprint planning and iterative delivery. What We Offer: Opportunities for professional growth and development. A collaborative and inclusive work environment. The chance to work on impactful projects with a talented team. Excellent compensation in USD. Hardware and software setup. Apply To This Job
