What You'll Do

Active NMLS Demonstrated experience in retail mortgage production Prior mortgage leadership experience (3 years minimum) — branch management, sales management, or area/regional manager roles Deep knowledge of conventional, FHA, VA, and USDA loan products; jumbo and non-QM Proven ability to recruit, retain, and develop producing loan officers in a competitive market Strong purchase-market orientation with an established referral network in Texas Must be authorized to work in the United States Apply To This Job
