Senior Project Manager
We’re looking for a Senior Project Manager, Labour Relations to join us at Telia. I’m Mats Tegebäck, Head of Group Reward, and I’m searching for someone ready to grow with us. We’re a Group team driving reward, governance, and labour relations across markets in a multinational environment. What you’ll do: You will lead cross-border labour relations projects and consultation processes at Group level, ensuring alignment, structure, and delivery. Lead group-level labour relations projects and wider people or business initiatives Structure project scope, milestones, governance, and workstreams across markets Consult and coordinate with unions, employee representatives, and internal stakeholders Support European Works Council (EWC) processes including planning, documentation, and follow-up What will help you thrive in this role: You are structured, collaborative, and confident handling sensitive topics in complex, international environments. Proven experience leading large projects, programmes, or transformations in a matrix organization Strong knowledge of labour relations, union dialogue, and consultation frameworks (EWC experience is an advantage Ability to manage stakeholder alignment and communication across full project lifecycles Fluency in English; Nordic or Baltic language skills are an advantage Join us to shape smarter living for people, businesses, and the planet At Telia, we’re a team of 15,000 colleagues across the Nordics and Baltics, passionate about technology and connectivity.
