Job Description - Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive employee lifecycle strategies, from recruitment to offboarding, ensuring a smooth and efficient employee experience. Coordinate and oversee the recruitment and selection process to attract top talent and ensure alignment with organizational goals. Manage and facilitate onboarding and orientation programs, ensuring seamless integration of new hires into the organization. Oversee training and development initiatives to foster employee growth, skills enhancement, and career progression. Facilitate performance management activities, aligning them with organizational objectives and promoting a culture of continuous improvement. Ensure compliance with HR policies, legal regulations, and organizational standards throughout the employee lifecycle. Address employee relations issues and resolve conflicts, fostering a positive work environment and supporting employee engagement.
