Ciklum is looking for a Delivery Coordinator to join our team full-time in Poland. About the role: As a Delivery Coordinator, become a part of a cross-functional development team engineering experiences of tomorrow. In this role, you will take ownership of day-to-day delivery management across three cross-functional teams, freeing up business managers to focus on strategic goals. You will be the heartbeat of the delivery process—running sprint, build, and release flows while acting as a change agent to refine and embed new ways of working. This role is perfect for a delivery professional who excels at spotting bottlenecks, improving flow through data, and coaching teams to overcome resistance to process changes. Responsibilities: Delivery Management: Take full ownership of the sprint, build, and release cycles across three teams, ensuring consistency and alignment between development and deployment Process Embedding: Refine and champion new delivery processes; act as a coach for team members new to Agile and proactively manage internal resistance by demonstrating the value of improved workflows Reporting & Analytics: Design and maintain delivery dashboards to track key performance indicators such as velocity, cycle time, and throughput Bottleneck Identification: Proactively monitor the delivery pipeline to spot where work is getting stuck, providing data-driven recommendations to clear blockers Ceremony Facilitation: Run all Agile ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives) for multiple teams, ensuring they are productive and action-oriented Release Coordination: Collaborate with technical leads and stakeholders to coordinate release activities, ensuring a smooth transition from "build" to "live" Risk & Issue Management: Maintain and update risk logs, ensuring that potential delivery threats are escalated to delivery leaders before they impact timelines Documentation & Governance: Maintain accurate delivery, staffing, and project data in internal systems (e.g., JIRA, Confluence) to ensure full transparency for the client and management Continuous Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in current build/release flows and lead initiatives to optimize team speed and quality Requirements: 3+ years of experience in a Delivery Coordinator, Scrum Master, or Project Coordination role within the IT industry Proven track record of managing delivery for multiple teams simultaneously Experience in "process turnarounds"—helping teams adopt new workflows or improving delivery after a previous failed attempt Strong experience in build and release flow coordination Advanced Agile Proficiency: Deep understanding of Scrum and Kanban frameworks, with the ability to explain "the why" behind the process to skeptics JIRA/Confluence Expert: Ability to create custom boards, advanced filters, and reporting gadgets to visualize delivery health Data-Driven Mindset: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret Agile metrics to find bottlenecks (e.g., aging items, blocked time) Soft Skills: High emotional intelligence and the ability to influence without authority; comfortable managing resistance and facilitating difficult conversations SDLC Awareness: Clear understanding of the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to production support English: Upper-Intermediate/Advanced (B2+/C1) for effective communication with global stakeholders Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Engineering, or a related field Relevant certifications are a plus (e.g., CSM, PSM, ICAgile, or Kanban Management Professional) What`s in it for you?
