Position Summary: The Specialist I, Title IX and ADA supports the administration of Title IX and ADA processes for Nightingale College, serving as a frontline resource for learners and collaborators navigating accommodation and resolution pathways. This role ensures compliance with applicable laws and regulations while maintaining a learner-centered approach to case management and stakeholder communication. Role and Responsibilities: Supports the administration of ADA and Title IX processes for the College. Administers case management for accommodation requests, including complex eligibility interpretation. Interprets and ensures compliance with relevant laws, regulations, policies, and procedures related to Title IX and ADA. Serves as a point of contact for Title IX and ADA related inquiries and escalations. Communicates with Legal, Compliance, and other stakeholders to ensure cooperative relationships and effective administration. Supports the Conduct and Learner dispositional administration as needed under the direction of the Ethics Office. Prepares reports, manuals, and correspondence related to Title IX and ADA administration. Performs related duties as required. Qualifications and Education Requirements: Required: Experience in Learner Support Services, specifically in Learner Conduct. Knowledge of Title IX and ADA regulations and compliance requirements. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Preferred: Experience in an educational setting. Familiarity with case management systems. Budgeted Hiring Range $28—$31 USD All new hires are required to attend New Collaborator Orientation (NCO) in Salt Lake City, Utah. The College will cover travel, lodging, and other accommodations.
