Senior Cloud Operations Engineer

Responsibilities
Fulfill onboarding-related DevOps and operational requests for new customers. Provision environments, pipelines, repositories, and cloud resources. Administer Azure DevOps and GitHub repositories, permissions, and workflows. Troubleshoot CI/CD pipelines, build agents, and dependency issues. Support artifact management, registries, and package integrations. Provide operational support across Azure and AWS environments. Implement and manage infrastructure using IaC tools. Monitor systems, respond to incidents, and perform root cause analysis. Develop automation, templates, runbooks, and documentation. Requirements 5+ years of experience in Cloud Operations, DevOps, SRE, or Systems Engineering. Hands-on experience with Azure and AWS in production environments. Strong experience with Azure DevOps and GitHub. Experience supporting CI/CD pipelines and build agents on Windows and Linux. Solid Windows and Linux administration and troubleshooting skills. Proficiency in PowerShell, Bash, or Python. Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code, preferably Terraform. Ability to work in ticket-based, ad-hoc environments with competing priorities. Experience using AI tools to improve or automate DevOps workflows.
Nice to Have
Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Helm, and observability tools.
