Marketing Services Technical Support

The Marketing Services Technical Data Support role is responsible for performing technical support fordata. In this role, you will assist our customers with the support of several software platforms. You willneed to be a team player and have strong communication skills. WHAT YOU'LL DO: ● Participates and contributes to the documentation process to establish, maintain, and improve efficiencies and quality in data. ● Handling customer technical support cases through phone and appointment. ● Evaluating system potential through assessing compatibility of new programs with existing programs. ● Assisting customers with importing marketing data into customer database. ● Achieve customer’s marketing objectives through setting accurate parameters, evaluating options and suggesting any modifications. ● Evaluates new technologies required to expand Workwave competitive advantage. ● Creates and executes improvement plans to support a culture of continuous improvement and drives toward a team based working environment. Works with others to identify improvement opportunities and develops action plans to fulfill project goals. Utilizes agendas, good time management tools, and leads effective meetings. ● Other duties as assigned. WHAT YOU'LL BRING: ● Associate degree, Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university (preferred) Experience: ● 1-4 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. ● Excellent interpersonal skills. ● Strong verbal and written skills. ● Ability to prioritize, develop action plans and follow through. ● Good presentation skills. ● Ability to maintain confidentiality. ● Ability to work well under pressure and to remain flexible to changing schedules and demands. $28 - $28 an hour In our dedication to salary transparency, we provide a compensation range for each role and the final offer will be dependent on various factors, including the candidate's qualifications, relevant experience, and the organization's budget.
