About the Client We’re helping a leading Web3 ecosystem and accelerator platform find a Web3 Growth & Digital Marketing Manager to support their global marketing efforts across social media, paid acquisition, community growth, and digital campaigns. The organization operates at the center of the blockchain and Web3 ecosystem, connecting founders, startups, investors, and innovators through co-working spaces, accelerator programs, events, and strategic initiatives across multiple international locations. This is an opportunity to work closely with an experienced global marketing team while contributing directly to the growth and visibility of a highly recognized brand within the Web3 space. The Role This role combines: Social media management Community engagement Paid advertising Growth marketing Content execution We’re looking for someone who understands both the culture and mechanics of Web3 marketing — someone who can actively participate in crypto conversations while also executing performance-driven campaigns across multiple channels. The ideal candidate is proactive, digitally savvy, and genuinely passionate about blockchain, crypto, investing, and entrepreneurship. Role Details Commitment: Full-Time Location: Fully Remote (PH-based candidates preferred) Working Hours: CET working hours Engagement: Independent Contractor Start Date: ASAP Monthly Rate: $1500-1800 (can be higher, depending on level of experience) What You’ll Do Social Media & Community Growth Write and publish engaging content across:LinkedIn X (Twitter) Telegram Discord Develop and execute strategies for organic social media growth Foster engagement through discussions, comments, and industry participation Identify and engage with key influencers and ecosystem partners Track trends and conversations within blockchain and crypto communities Manage and grow Telegram and Discord communities Support the creation of monthly content and communications plans Prepare monthly social media growth and engagement reports Paid Ads & Growth Marketing Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across:LinkedIn Ads X (Twitter) Ads Google Ads Monitor campaign performance and improve conversion rates Conduct A/B testing for creatives, messaging, and campaign angles Support lead-generation campaigns for:Events Reports Web3 initiatives Analyze performance data and recommend optimizations Content & Marketing Support Support broader content marketing and communications initiatives Collaborate with the global marketing team on campaign execution Contribute ideas to improve audience growth, engagement, and brand visibility Use analytics and insights to improve campaign and content performance What We’re Looking For Must-Haves 2–4 years of experience in:Digital marketing Social media management Community growth Growth marketing within the Web3 or crypto space Strong understanding of blockchain, crypto, and Web3 ecosystems Experience managing paid advertising campaigns Hands-on experience with:Google Ads LinkedIn Ads X (Twitter) Ads Analytics and reporting tools Excellent written and spoken English communication skills Comfortable working remotely and independently Genuine interest in:Blockchain Investing Entrepreneurship Emerging technologies Nice-to-Haves Experience supporting Web3 startups or accelerator ecosystems Experience growing Telegram or Discord communities Exposure to event marketing or ecosystem partnerships Familiarity with AI tools for content creation or workflow optimization Experience working with international or distributed teams Ideal Candidate Profile This role is ideal for someone who: Is deeply interested in Web3 and actively follows the space Understands both community engagement and performance marketing Can balance creativity with analytical thinking Is proactive, independent, and comfortable taking ownership Enjoys working in fast-moving, entrepreneurial environments Communicates clearly and professionally across global teams What’s In It For You Work directly with experienced Web3 and marketing professionals Gain exposure to one of the world’s leading blockchain ecosystems High level of autonomy and ownership Flexible remote work environment Opportunity to contribute to meaningful projects across the global Web3 industry Recruitment Process Initial Interview Client Interview Offer & Onboarding Apply To This Job
