Range: $65,896 - $86,400 annually Location: Remote, U.S. FLSA Status: Full-Time, Exempt POSITION OVERVIEW The Network Manager will be responsible for supporting an Implementing Partner Organization (IPO) through the life cycle of their time implementing Changent programming. The Network Manager serves as the primary point of contact for a regionally focused portfolio of IPOs, supporting program startup and readiness, monitoring site health and addressing concerns, and coordinating site expansion, contraction, or closure as needed. Network development and/or expansion will also be a key component of the Network Managers work. They will be responsible for identifying and following up on leads for potential new IPOs. The facilitation of internal cross-collaboration and proactive coordination will be essential for this role, fostering evidence-based decision making and informed action to ensure IPO needs are met and program implementation is of quality to contribute to lasting impact in the communities served. In this position, you will apply a health equity lens and equity-centered approach to further mission-driven programmatic growth goals. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES 60% | Network Management & Coordination Support IPOs through their life cycle with Changent with a focus on customer service. Proactively address concerns and manage risks to ensure Network health and stability. Program Start-up and support: Manage onboarding and start-up processes for new partner sites. Conduct readiness processes for implementing partners to evaluate organizational capacity and organize onboarding for IPOs to ensure alignment with quality and equity standards. Implementation support: Provide standardized implementation support for implementing partners in collaboration with clinical and other colleagues. This may involve interaction with site leadership, state agencies, funders and regulatory monitors. Network Health Monitoring: Track key performance indicators for assigned portfolio, provide regular reports on partner performance and implementation progress, and use network health data to inform support and communication internally and with IPOs. IPO support and request coordination: Respond to IPO support requests and develop individualized response plans as needed to address routine site health concerns, facilitating cross-team collaboration. Document and coordinate progress of response plans, escalating complex concerns through standardized processes as required. Site visits and monitoring: Visit sites to develop key relationships with site leadership, provide operational and sustainability support and conduct monitoring as needed. 20% | Network Development Support Network growth and site expansion through business development processes to ensure that communities in need are able to access evidence-based home visiting support. Site Expansion: Lead expansions, when the number of teams increases at implementing partners, within assigned portfolio. Work cross-functionally in the organization to ensure all stakeholders are involved and informed. Site Expansion: Pursue site-growth opportunities through intentional relationship development with IPO leaders, state partners, funders and other stakeholders. Network Expansion: Participate in stakeholder identification and landscaping efforts to promote understanding of need in assigned territory and communities affected by health inequities. Network Expansion: Identify and follow up on leads and opportunities for inclusion of new partner sites, fostering new relationships and partnerships for implementation of home visiting programs serving communities within assigned region. External representation: Represent the organization on prospective site visits, as well as conferences and events as needed. 20% | Internal Coordination & Administrative Support Provide collaborative and proactive internal coordination and administrative support. Bringing together internal actors from different departments and teams to ensure IPO support and needs are met. Lead collaborative internal meetings on state, individual IPO and regional levels according to established IPO Support processes Administrative support to ensure work is documented on Salesforce, in trackers and reports, and other platforms Support in the development of key resources and tools for IPO and Changent staff Coordinate with Information Systems department to ensure IPOs have data access and support trouble shooting data concerns. Support Changent staff, such as the Philanthropy department, with reporting needs. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Health, Human Services, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Minimum of 3 years of experience in program or system development, business development, customer relations, or capacity building required. Minimum of 5 years of experience in people or program, partnership, grant, or project management required. Familiarity with public funding sources or regulatory requirements for home visiting, maternal, or mental health programs preferred. Familiarity with Salesforce and Microsoft Office preferred. Detail-oriented, data-driven, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrated ability to build effective relationships. Competency in developing and improving business processes. Experience working in a matrix structure or a changing organization is desired. Excellent time management skills. Ability to travel up to 20%. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES This position reports to the Senior Manager, Network Management and has no direct reports. Apply To This Job
