Principal Project Manager - Oracle Health & Life Sciences Health Compliance Organization Remote/telecommuting from within the US, with preference for eastern or central time zones We are seeking an accomplished Advanced Project Manager with approximately 8 years of experience delivering complex projects in dynamic environments. This role is ideal for a highly skilled project manager who can independently optimize processes, and collaborate across teams to drive successful outcomes. You’ll play a key role in execution, stakeholder alignment, and continuous improvement. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy turning strategy into execution, this role is for you. While you may individually lead initiatives, that is not the main focus of this role. The focus is promoting visibility of a portfolio of projects runs by others to business leaders, escalating issues when necessary. Helping to drive compliance within established timelines. Note: sponsorship is not available for this position. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business, Healthcare, Life Sciences, Information Technology, or a related field. 7-9 years of professional project management experience, including large-scale or complex projects. Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget. Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project). Solid understanding of Agile and/or traditional project management methodologies Additional Preferred: PMP (Project Management Professional), PRINCE2, or equivalent certification. Industry-specific experience in technology, healthcare, or life sciences. Familiarity with change management and process improvement frameworks. Experience working in fast-paced environments.
