Own the Product Vision – Lead the end‑to‑end lifecycle of a strategic conversational AI product from MVP to scaled adoption Work on Cutting‑Edge AI – Build products leveraging LLMs, Gemini, Vertex AI, and RAG‑based architectures Real‑World Impact – Deliver patient‑centered digital experiences that support better access, understanding, and engagement Strategic Influence – Partner with senior clinical, business, and technical leaders across the enterprise Growth & Autonomy – Operate as a trusted senior product leader in a fast‑moving, investment‑backed environment Your Role & Responsibilities Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for a conversational AI platform supporting patient‑facing use cases Lead delivery of an MVP launch and manage iterative quarterly enhancements Own the full product lifecycle including strategy, planning, execution, monitoring, and optimization Translate business and patient needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria Drive Agile product development processes including backlog management, sprint planning, and prioritization Partner cross‑functionally with engineering, design, clinical, and business stakeholders Collaborate with engineering teams leveraging Gemini (via Vertex AI) and retrieval‑augmented generation (RAG) pipelines Define and track KPIs, success metrics, and product performance indicators Proactively identify risks, plan contingencies, and resolve complex product and stakeholder challenges Act as the primary liaison between technical teams and non‑technical stakeholders Skills & Experience You Should Possess 5–8+ years of experience in product management with senior‑level ownership Proven success delivering digital or platform‑based products in Agile environments Strong understanding of LLMs and AI‑driven product value drivers Experience working closely with engineering teams on AI/ML‑enabled solutions Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influence skills Strong analytical mindset with the ability to balance qualitative and quantitative insights Comfort operating in ambiguity while maintaining strategic focus and execution discipline Bonus Points If You Have Hands‑on familiarity with prompt engineering, context management, or system instruction design Experience with Gemini, Vertex AI, or similar LLM platforms Knowledge of RAG architectures and AI system design patterns Experience in healthcare or patient‑facing digital products Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar MBA or advanced degree Education & Certifications You Need Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field Advanced degree or MBA preferred
