Sales Development Executive
Sales Development Executive - Remote (must be located in Australia or New Zealand) The Role Own a defined portfolio of travel agency partners across Australia and New Zealand, converting new and inactive accounts into loyal, repeat bookers. This is a proactive outbound sales role where your ability to build trust, influence decisions, and drive commercial outcomes will define your success. You'll be supported by a team of two Sales Development Executives and collaborate closely with field sales, national accounts, and marketing to maximise bookings and grow share of wallet across TTC's brand portfolio. What you'll do: Proactively engage new, inactive, and underdeveloped travel agencies with tailored strategies to convert them into regular bookers. Onboard new travel advisors, delivering early booking wins and building lasting momentum. Present TTC Tour Brands' products, promotions, and value propositions in a compelling, commercially relevant way over phone and video. Execute targeted outreach campaigns, prioritising high-intent leads from digital channels, webinars, and CRM journeys. Cultivate long-term advisor loyalty through consistent follow-up, support, and brand-aligned communication. Partner with field sales, national accounts, and marketing to align outreach strategies and identify joint opportunities. Share market intelligence and advisor feedback to inform broader sales strategy. What we're looking for: 2+ years in sales or business development — travel trade or B2B2C experience highly regarded. Proven track record in outbound selling, relationship development, and exceeding performance targets. Strong consultative selling skills; confident influencing over phone and video. Solid understanding of travel advisor business models and how to support revenue-generating behaviour. Proficient with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred), Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and sales enablement platforms. Goal-oriented, resilient, and driven to exceed targets.
