The role The main objective of this position is to maximize the market share of our brands in the assigned area and to study and elaborate different market strategies for the growth of Unilever products with a global vision of the company. What you'll be responsible for Identify potential operators by coordinating with the business developer Prioritize prospecting depending on potential with channel Visits for customer acquisition Negotiation (portfolio, prices, promotions, discounts, refrigerators and material visibility in pdv) Customer development visits and review of implementation of agreements Ad hoc proposals (promos and material of visibility) Visites based on possible identified risks or reactive responses requested by the operator We're looking for someone who Holds a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field Brings 2+ years of experience in a similar role within the HORECA channel Has experience in the FMCG sector; exposure to pharma or tobacco industries is a plus Has solid experience in customer management and is an advanced user of MS Office (especially PowerPoint) Has a high level of English Demonstrates strong commercial strategy and negotiation skills Is a strong communicator with the ability to influence effectively Combines analytical thinking with strong commercial acumen and a global business mindset Is proactive, action-oriented, and able to identify and drive market opportunities What you'll get Alongside meaningful work and strong development, we offer a reward package that typically includes Market-competitive pay and performance-related rewards Flexible ways of working Support for health, wellbeing and life outside of work Time off to rest and recharge Ongoing learning and development opportunities 100% remote working model Daily allowances (meal expenses) Company car Private health insurance option, with Magnum covering 40% of the policy cost Pension plan Wellhub (gym & wellbeing platform) access And much more! #TMICC Why join us?
