The Sales Administration, Tender & Contract Compliance Specialist is responsible for sales administration, tender coordination, contract governance and compliance management within an international and highly regulated commercial environment. Supporting Germany and Austria. This position reports to the Supervisor Contracts and Compliance bids and Tenders and is part of the Sales Administration team located in Spain and will be a Remote role. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: Lead end-to-end management of tender and regulated opportunities, ensuring full compliance with legal, contractual, pricing, and governance requirements. Partner with Sales, Legal, and Finance to execute deals, validate pricing, mitigate risks, and maintain accurate, audit-ready commercial and tender documentation. Responsible for sales administration and contract lifecycle management, driving process optimization and the standardization of commercial practices across Europe through insights derived from CRM/ERP data. The essential requirements of the job include: Fluency in English and German is required, Approximately 10 years of proven experience in tender management, contract administration, or commercial operations roles in a regulated environment. It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in: Experience working in multi-country / EMEA environments Ability to manage stakeholders across Sales, Legal, and Finance internationally #LI-KS1 Join our winning team today.
